The End of Year Roundup for 2009 so far !!!!!
I Cant Believe that the year has flown by so fast and we are approaching 2010 at a fast clip.... We have a new website new djs and a Huge partnership with indieshowcase which is owned by Shashona and Skys so please check out there Website on www.indieshowcase.net with alot of the indie and unsigned artists and where u can get in touch with them ...We have lost a few djs and gained a few djs so check out there shows.. To those who have left thank you for all you did and to those who have come thanks for giving of your free time to dj and share the kind of music they like...The basis of awesomeradio is to promote new indie and unsigned artists and also for the djs to play what they like to listen to so its a very eclectic mix of music...I could never put a label on what kind of music we play as its all different... there is no set genre just music and live interviews that is entertaining and fun to listen to and hopefully music you havent heard and would like to hear again...There is all kinds of music out there and we
listen to a whole lot of it we just like music that not alot has heard on the mainstream radio... There is so much out there that is good and intersting and fun and not the norm that we like to share it with you all and hope that you enjoy it as well...

Christmas time all ready!! Where did all the time go?! We had such a productive year. We met some amazing people. Artists and listeners alike. Our partnership with AwesomeRadio.net blooms daily bringing us such joy. Many thanks to Sunni and AwesomeRadio.net for supporting these brilliant Artists.
We have lost some DJ's and connected with new DJ's who do a wonderful job at getting the Artists music out there. They work tirelessly and we love them dearly. To all our DJ's new & Old , you are what makes Indie Showcase what it is today. Thank you so much.
Indie Showcase also unveiled our two Tier Program, enabling us to meet the Artists needs more effectively. It has been a huge success. A huge learning curve for myself as well. Thanks for your patience! LOL I have had to overcome alot of nervous moments but am enjoying the interviews immensely. Check out our Featured Artists , Reviews and Podcasts of the interviews with these wonderful Artists. You won't be dissappointed.

Well its getting closer to christmas 2009 and soon we shall greet 2010!!!!!
Alot has happened over the last 12 months its hard to keep up with all thats been going on and happening around here, but i will try to give u all a brief outline.
We have a new website now its up and running and we r still doing bits and pieces to it but if you feel we are missing something feel free to let us know and we will try to add it in...A Huge thanks to rogue for doing this it was a massive undertaking and hes done a wonderful job...The guest book has been taken down and we have replaced it with a shoutbox for instant messages...The dj application link is now back up and running so if you want to dj or feel you would like to give it a try feel free to apply ... We play all kinds of music from classical to world each dj does something different and of there own choice which i think makes us a tad unique...
We will be having a few fill ins over the next few weeks as people have family to go and see and places to be but we will endevour to have these covered either via the gorgous Mozart or another dj.
I would like to take this opertunity to Wish everyone a happy and safe Christmas and New Year and see you all next year in 2010!!!! |
